Weddings can take place on any day of the week. Saturday weddings must be for a minimum of 60 people.
Booking
A provisional wedding booking can be held for 14 days, pending the arrival of written confirmation, together with a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit required for up to 50 guests is £300; over 50 guests £600. At the time of sending the deposit, you must confirm the time booked with the Registrar for the ceremony if you are getting married in the hotel, or the vicar if getting married in a church. The acceptance of the booking will depend on the time of the ceremony.
Confirmation
At least one month prior to the wedding day the hotel will require final details. Upon receipt of this an estimate will be prepared and full payment will be required 14 days prior to the event. Credit terms are not available. The final attendance number must reach the hotel 72 hours prior to the day; this number will be charged in full, or greater if the numbers should increase.
